1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Ex Files ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

4. User Content and Ownership

8. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Technical or security issues

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and all associated content. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ex Files shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ex Files and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ex Files operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
